Every suit comes with a free in-studio adjustment guarantee. If anything isn't quite right when your suit arrives, bring it to our Hallett Cove studio and we'll fine-tune the fit personally at no extra cost. With 9+ years of alterations experience, any adjustments are part of the service — not an afterthought.

Most suits are ready in approximately 4 weeks from the point your measurements and style selections are confirmed. Production begins once your 50% deposit is received.
Yes — weddings are one of our most popular occasions. We recommend ordering at least 8 weeks before the date to allow for the 4-week production time plus any final adjustments. Get in touch early and we'll make sure you're sorted well ahead of the big day.
Yes, we ship Australia-wide. Remote customers follow our measurement guide at home, and the finished suit is delivered direct to your door. The free adjustment guarantee still applies — if you need any fine-tuning after delivery, we'll arrange it.
We accept card/EFTPOS, cash, bank transfer, and buy-now-pay-later via Afterpay and Zip. Payment is split: a 50% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 50% due on pickup or delivery.
